Up Coming Events at the Brooklyn Music Shop

I experienced Particle Theory during a benefit concert in NJ a few months ago. At first, I thought that they were just another Grateful Dead cover band, but as they continued to perform, I realized that they were so much more! Since the mid 90’s, Gregg Terlizzi, Lee Baronian And Arthur Toufayan have created some very distinct, colorful music that collaborates Middle Eastern, Jazz and Bluegrass. With timing changes and unique tempos as well as the wonderful blend of percussion, mandolin, and guitar, this band has formulated a unique sound second to none.

And they perform more than just Grateful Dead songs, mixing old time Bluegrass and Jazz into their show, this is a not to be missed musical advemture!

Route One, is a singer/songwriter duo, performing at the Brooklyn Music Shop for the first time!   With scores of clever and catchy original music, along with handfuls of complementary covers, Route One touches on notes of folk, pop, rock and blues, combining the standard musical forms into a package that is all their own.

Matt Gronert is a special Singer/Songwriter who delivers heartfelt lyrics with a gentle folk/rock sensibility. Hearing him perform will be a special experience!
